Job Title: Fulfillment Staff Supervisor

Hourly Rate: $20-25/HR

Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Staff Supervisor will lead a team to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of orders while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency; identify the needs of the business and assess workload.
• Supervise the fulfillment team by assessing workload, scheduling, and assigning tasks to meet productivity measures.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching and feedback to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Monitor and manage order fulfillment metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure adherence to all processes and procedures in place.
• Guarantee that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to company standards.
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members.
• Pull reports on key performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center, with a minimum of two to three years in a supervisory or lead role; eCommerce or wholesale experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Schedule flexibility for 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts, or weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.
• Reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift 10-30 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
