Manufacturing Plant in Wasco has an immediate opening for Lab Associate Technician

Schedule: Monday -Friday 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr

Job Description: Will work closely with Senior Microbiologist. Will provide support for operating pilot scale fermentation tanks, spray dryers, and a centrifuge. Responsibilities will also include area cleanup, equipment preparation and raw material staging

Requirements: Ability to measure optical densities, glucose concentrations, and pH readings, as well as helping with microbial viable and spore counts.
