Job Title: Mixer

Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

                  11AM-7:30PM

MUST be available to work OT and weekends and be flexible with start and end times.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

Accurately retrieve, measure, weigh, and mix ingredients in proper sequences according to recipe instructions.

Follow product recipes meticulously, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Lift and carry containers and ingredients required for production mixes.

Inspect ingredients as they are poured into the mixer and throughout the mixing process.

Accurately and in real-time document mixing data, batch information, production details, and waste quantities.

Maintain clean and organized coolers and ingredient storage areas, labeling all ingredients appropriately

Job Requirements

Preferred previous food manufacturing experience, with mixing experience being a plus

 Must be able to work in uncontrolled temperature environments between -10 to 35 degrees.

1-2 years of experience in large-scale baking or comparable fast-paced, quality-focused environments preferred.

Ability to read and complete documentation accurately

Basic mathematical skills, including counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, using a calculator, and reading a thermometer.
