Do you have Business to Business collections (B2B) experience? Or experience in collecting past due balances? We have a great opportunity for candidates with a strong background in soft collections and hard collections to join our company in Largo, FL as a Collector.

 

The Collector will be responsible for reviewing each account to determine the best way to approach the client, and then executing their plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue. The ideal candidate for this position can work as part of a dynamic team, and able to work in an environment where work assignments change frequently.

 

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Able to collect on past due balances while providing exceptional customer service.

• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate.

• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations

• Document the status of the customer and the collection efforts

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience and above-average interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

• 5 years of experience in Business to Business collections (B2B).

• Knowledge of Resale Certificates

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong work ethics
