*Job Title: Operations Team Lead**

*Location:** Pooler, GA

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee day-to-day operations in a transportation environment, ensuring efficient inbound, outbound, and dispatching processes.

- Facilitate seamless interactions between the internal team and hosted platforms to optimize organizational success.

- Troubleshoot company equipment, diagnose faults, and coordinate with industry planners for repairs and maintenance.

- Ensure adherence to client specifications during production to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

- Develop and implement procedures and specifications for project execution, specifying product requirements for operational success.

- Assign tasks to team members prioritizing urgent assignments to ensure timely completion.

- Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and provide on-the-job training to enhance departmental capabilities.

- Enforce company rules and work ethics among operations team members.

- Coordinate transactional operations and monitor ongoing business processes to maintain operational efficiency.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 2 years of LTL (Less-than-Truckload) Transportation experience required.

- Available to work flexible start times as per operational requirements.

- Proficiency in understanding and operating new operating systems.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently with minimal errors.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills to guide a team towards success.

- Exceptional decision-making abilities.

- Commitment to safety protocols and practices.

- Physical fitness and ability to engage in physically demanding tasks.

- Experience in people and project management within supply chain, quality, and operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective customer and supplier relations.
