Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate conveyor belts and associated products by operating machinery, equipment, and hand tools according to prescribed methods and safety guidelines.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, job orders and work instructions.
• Monitor the production process and carry out basic quality checks.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities, times, and product specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and equipment.
• Ensure work area is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Job will occasionally require offsite service work and weekend work.
