Job Title: Customer Service Rep 

Pay Rate: 24.00/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri (8am- 5:00pm)

Job Duties/ Responsibilities: 

Place orders from customers accurately and efficiently

Send acknowledgements of orders to Customers and eliminate issues 

Review, confirm, process, acknowledge and maintain all customers orders and backorders

Track shipments and follow up orders to Customers satisfaction 

Assist in scheduling deliveries with Customers, Warehouse, Drivers and LTL Carriers. 

Present, assist, sell and promote Companys products over the phone and to walk in customers

Job Requirements: 

Ability to preform all tasks listed above to the company expectations

Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills. 

Ability to follow instructions, written and verbal.

Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work. 

Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a business like and professional manner. 

Possess strong overall office skills, including use of computers, their applications and other office equipment.
