We are currently hiring an Inventory Clerk for a premier employer in the Hayward area. Our client offers long term employment opportunities including temporary to full time.

Job Title: Inventory Control Technician 

Pay Rate: 21.00-23.00/hr DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri (5:00am- 1:30pm), must be flexible to work OT and weekends as needed. 

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions

Ensures materials comply with Company's specification as part of incoming QC verification 

Checks designated receiving areas for incoming material deliveries, and match shipment with proper paperwork

Receives and issues materials/parts, services staff at the stockroom, and delivers to all internal workstations, based upon department material request forms

Reports all damages immediately to align support Buyer, as per internal RMA process

Monitor inventory for slow moving, excessive build up, parts without designated shelf locations to your aligned support buyer

Reports all inventory variance by IPN and update records to reflect accurate counts

Job Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds and load items on designated shelf locations

Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

2-3 years of hands on experience working with inventory control and/or distributorship environment

1 or more years of using a computerized inventory MRP system

Good communication skills both written and verbal
