We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Mon- Fri 33pm to finish

Overtime required, must be flex to work weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance checks and services on machinery.

- Assist senior mechanics and perform basic maintenance tasks throughout the facility.

- SAFETY FIRST – Demonstrate a strong commitment to all safety standards, procedures, and practices to ensure a safe working environment.

- Set up and install industrial manufacturing equipment.

- Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to the supervisor; assist with routine maintenance.

- General building maintenance including minor plumbing, boiler, electrical, painting, and HVAC maintenance and repair.

- Maintain proper work logs and complete required reports as necessary.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Complete electrical/mechanical projects as directed by supervision.

- Repair and replace electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components such as AC/DC motors, contactors, relays, switches, controls, and valves.

- Understand phases of 110-480 volt systems.

- Troubleshoot and repair basic components, detecting minor equipment problems before they become major issues.

- Understand technical manuals and blueprints.

- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a technician in a manufacturing setting.

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with various tools.

- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Experience supervising maintenance staff.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues using schematics and logic controllers.

- Capability to weld and fabricate parts as needed.

- Leadership skills to provide guidance to junior technicians.
