Molding Technician 

1st Shift 

Location: Jefferson

Payrate: 18-20

Job Duties: 

Setup, process and operate injection molding machines to assist in production of Styrofoam parts at a high standard of quality. Clean and inspect mold components before changing them. Set Molds into molding machine Change in-press mold inserts. Set dies for required runs Troubleshoot machine issues during production Inspect components for damage, Set and configure robotics to remove plastic fittings from mold.

The Mold Technician is responsible for setting up and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. The position will work closely with production teams to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that production runs smoothly. Must follow Altor Solutions’ standards for Safety, Housekeeping, Quality and Production in an efficient and safe manner.
