We’re hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators who are not only trainable but also eager to expand their skill set. As an Entry-Level Machine Operator, you will work for a premier manufacturing company in Sandston, VA, specializing in bathroom tissue, facial tissue, and paper towel products.
 

Job Title: Machine Operator

Starting Rate:$16+/hour with Weekly Pay

Schedule (Days and Time):Monday–Friday (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)

7:45am-4:15pm, 3:45pm-12:15am, 11:45pm-8:15am

Our Machine Operators will:

Operates assigned machines and/or performs assigned production processes.

Utilize measurement rulers to calculate equal cuts of products.

Determine equal cuts of products by performing basic math calculations.

Performs quality inspection of finished products via company-set standards.

Be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Machine Operator requirements:

Updated resume to show past work experience.

Mechanical and troubleshooting experience is a plus!

Basic input skills (computer applications, including manufacturing software).

Must pass basic mechanical aptitude test.

Lead quality inspections with attention to detail.

Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, and bend for extended periods.
