We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Paint Coordinator - Powder Coating  to join our team in Kernersville, NC. We are hiring for assocciates for the following departments:

Schedule:

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon - Thur)

Pay Rate: $18.00

Must have experience in powder coating, washer system with knowledge of chemicals a plus.

Job Duties:

• Analyze work orders and blueprints to determine information such as material to be used, type of operations, and 

  sequence of operations required.

  Requisition dies, fixtures, and material.

  Examine defective machinery to determine cause of malfunction and reports need for machine repairs.

• Set up and operate machines to make test runs and experimental products.

  Inspect work in progress and finished products.

• Apply paint to metal.

  Determine flow and viscosity of paints and quality of coating visually or by use of viscosity cup.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical experience is a PLUS!
• Must have experience in a warehouse setting and great with tools
• Able to stand, walk, and reach for long periods of time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
