We are currently hiring for a Line leader in the Gainesville area! Our client offers some overtime.

Job Title: Line Leader

Pay Rate: $19.00hr. once switched to 2nd shift $20.00hr

Schedule: (Days and Time): Monday - Friday 2:45pm 11pm **TRAINING MUST TAKE PLACE ON 1ST SHIFT 6AM-2:45 FOR 1 MONTH**

Location: Gainesville, GA

Job Duties: 

• Help with getting new starts on the clock.
• Check in new starts in and get them started on the line.
• Keep track of lunch/break time of associates.
• Help with giving lunch breaks out to associates on production line.
• Must learn all positions in production.
• Must be a team player

Job Requirement: 

• Very good attendance and punctuality to their duty station.
• Adherence to all PPE requirements and wear them properly.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
• Able to read the schedules and explain what they require.
• Candidate must demonstrate accurate QC protocols for each line.
• Able to lift 30 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
• Demonstrate each Production lines mechanical operational requirements.
• Able to perform basic math skills.
• Operation and Programming of all related Printing machines
• Maintain Product Quality through machine adjustments.
• Obtain Lift truck certification in 30 days. Operate safely.
• Must speak English
