Partners Personnel is looking to hire Production Associates who can understand, speak, and read the English language for our client in Lakeland.

Position: Production Associate

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift from 5:30 AM until 2:00 PM with overtime till 4:00 PM

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities for Production Associates:

• Operate machine on production line ensuring proper bottle placement
• May utilize basic hand tools
• Identify and inform problems concerning equipment and materials
• Ensure product meets customer specifications
• Work in a team environment
• Lifting up to 35 lbs consistently
• Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
• Follow safety guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
