Job Title: Cellar Operator

PAY RATE - $19-22 DOE

HOURS - 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. & 2:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.

JOB DUTIES:

Qualified Cellar worker duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Assist Operators in setting up equipment and monitoring wine fermentation, pumping product to tanks and barrels, chemical additions, and sanitations. Perform and direct routine operation of pumps, filters, and press. Operate forklift to move Barrels and Materials. Operate presses filters, crushers, and or other winery equipment. Gauge bulk inventory and transfer information to the work order. Under limited supervision operate cellar equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic math and writing skills, Work standing over extensive periods in a physically demanding environment. Lifting up to 40 pounds. A positive attitude toward teamwork and safety. Must be comfortable working with and around automated machines. Must pass background check, drug test, spirometry test, and capacity test is required.
