Job Tittle:

Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Overview:

Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials following purchase orders, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. Assist with daily warehouse activities including material receiving, inspection, laboratory testing, and proper material preservation

Pay:

$22.50/Hr.

Work Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Responsibility:

• Attentive inspection with notetaking for receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of labels on packaging or relabeling of materials when needed.
• Prepare reports for nonconforming materials, shelf-life status, and held materials.
• Properly store and maintain materials.
• Conduct burn testing.
• Review purchase orders for both commercial and aerospace products.
• Maintain records for receiving inspection, rework, and non-conformance issues.
• Generate Certificates of Conformance (COCs) based on customer specifications.
• Manage calibration of equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with external inspectors for final product approval.
• Handle Corrective Action Requests (CARs) as needed.
• Understanding of the AS9100 standard
• Provide training sessions when needed.
• Participate in the Quality/MRB meetings

• Effectively in a fast-paced organizational setting
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Skilled in performing measurements using various inspection equipment such as tape measure rules, and caliper.
• Experience with Microsoft and ERP (Infor) systems Ability to read and interpret complex customer specifications.
